Can I get a refund?


Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Please review our Terms & Conditions_Refunds.




Do I have to opt-in to SusanNicholas.org to have access to paid program content?


Yes! Paid digital product, subscriptions, and programs require an opt-in to the SusanNicholas.org website as a part of the purchasing/billing process. Paid content is accessible on your membership page(s) or on pages designated for paying clients.




Can I listen to my audio programs all at once or do I have to wait for content weekly?


Course materials can be consumed at your pace. Weekly content or other timed content is provided as a guideline to complete exercises and or processes. Program contet is available to you in the members area as long as your membership status remains current.




Do you offer custom payment plans?


Yes! Custom payment plans are made on a case by case basis. If you find a listed payment plan does not fit your needs, please contact us at 833-300-9990 ext 5 "Billing"




What is your rate for public speaking?
